Meta / Facebook

Content Design leader that supported Enterprise products.

I was fortunate to work at Meta for 2+ years, where I started as a Senior IC before moving to a Manager role after only a year. There, I led and supported a team of content designers across a myriad of Enterprise (internal) teams, including:

  • Privacy and Risk
  • Purchasing and Procurement (enabling employees to buy the things they need to be successful)
  • Supply Chain (how we get those things to our employees, as well as the hardware you love to your home)
  • Revenue, Finance and Planning

While I can’t dig into the specifics of the products I worked on, I can tell you (at the highest of levels) about some of the things I built and contributed to, including:

  • Highly complex product UI content, in partnership with Product Design and Legal XFN peers.
  • Timely, action-oriented notification emails and chatbots.
  • Training videos, leadership summary decks and instructional wiki for an FTC-mandated program.

There’s so much more I’m proud of, but due to the internal nature of the work I can’t share here. But I loved my time at Meta, met some wonderful people, and grew tremendously as both a content designer and leader.

Here’s my farewell post on LinkedIn.
