Analog Devices is a leading semiconductor company based out of Norwood, Massachusetts. For this project, we were tasked with a complete digital experience redesign and technical implementation. This was no small task given the breadth and sophistication of the content.
Challenges specific to this project included:
- Ensuring all content across various platforms and systems was captured (I’ve personally never worked for a client with more content)
- Defining back-end CMS requirements for the development team with a content model
- Supporting content authors on building pages using a future-state inventory document complete with existing URLs, available templates and modules, and relevant locations within a future-state sitemap.
- SEO recommendations and 301-redirect mapping was also included.
Content strategy engagement on this project continued through launch, and included close work and communication with the development team. This was my first project with SapientNitro and to this day I would consider the most challenging. That said, the final product came out pretty good, right? (And check out that navigation!)
